Anakata was arrested in Cambodia in September 2012 and extradited to Sweden to serve a 1 year sentence from The Pirate Bay trials and to face new hacking charges. Before his sentence was completely served he was extradited to Denmark in November 2013 to face similar hacking charges. As of May 2014 he remains incarcerated under various restrictions with his trial set to start September 2, 2014
